Cairo-Mubasher: The shareholders of Reacap Financial Investments gave the go-ahead to decrease the firm’s issued capital during their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 19 June.
The capital will be reduced through cancelling 3 million treasury shares, according to a bourse filing.
As a result, Reacap’s capital will decline by EGP 15 million from EGP 545.937 million to EGP 530.937 million.
